After the sale of your property at the auction you should and must

File a Claim for the overages or excess proceeds.

How to Claim excess proceeds:

1. Identify the agency thats holding overages or excess proceeds of unclaimed funds. Taxing entities records; info on property; the title held by,  physical condition and value of property.  The Taxing entities are ISD, County Clerk, Trustees, County Appraisal District.  Here you can find tax suit filed and record of excess proceeds from the sale to highest bidder at the Sheriff or Constable of County Sale.

Trustee

County Appraisal District

2. Request funds that are on hand with agency, and file a claim to rights entitiled to excess proceeds.  Sign and provide the paperwork to the agency holding the funds.  Get Paid for the overages or the excess proceeds.

3. Take Notice:

Sale Contracts are subject to the rights of redemption and rights entitled to excess proceeds.

The proceeds of Sale to be applied to satisfy taxes, interest, and cost of law suit, and the remainder if any to be given to homeowner.  (If the homeowner file claim for it)
